APM delivers In Home Care services under the name of Integrated Care Pty Ltd. Integrated Care provides a range of services designed to maximise the independence of aged persons or people with disabilities or injuries and facilitate the individual's ability to continue to live safely in the comfort of their own home.
Our qualified Care Workers are available to assist through the provision of a range of flexible services which can be specifically tailored to meet the requirements of our customers.
Services include but are not limited to:
Personal Care
Assistance to support your independence in showering, toileting, and dressing.
Respite
In-home respite provides carers with time to complete other activities, rest or maybe enjoy a well deserved break, while knowing their loved one is safe and being well cared for with minimal disruption to their usual routine.
Domestic Assistance
Assistance with everyday household tasks such as preparation of meals, cleaning, laundry, pet care.
Social Support / Companionship
Assistance with essential activities such as shopping, banking, maintaining social contacts.
Gardening and Home Maintenance
Assistance with minor works in your home and garden to help maintain your independence.
Integrated Care also has a range of Allied Health Professionals available to undertake Activity of Daily Living assessments. These assessments provide recommendations on aids, equipment or modifications available to increase a person's independence and safety in the home.
