APM has a range of services which assist organisations to prevent or manage workplace injury, illness and disability. These include:
Workers Compensation and Occupational Rehabilitation – we can assist employers with management of injured workers to facilitate a safe and timely return to work. Employers can refer directly to APM for injury management services.
Injury Prevention – we offers targeted preventative strategies to assist organisations to manage risk in the workplace. These services are in relation to people, equipment, materials, environment and management systems.
Illness and Disability Management – we provide employers with specific services to support or maintain employees with disabilities or illnesses in the workplace, e.g. worksite assessment, provision of suitable equipment, etc.
Employee Assistance Programs – employers can contract APM to provide professional, confidential counselling services for employees and their families. Employees and families attend counselling for help to resolve personal or work-related problems.
