Arranging Interviews and Work Trials
APM consultants can assist with arranging job interviews and work trials for their job seekers. Consultants will also act as a liaison in notifying job seekers of their successful or unsuccessful application.
Job seeker Screening and Job Matching
APM consultants will provide you with job seekers in a timely manner whose competencies are matched appropriately to each individual vacancy. Working intensely with their job seekers ensures that consultants have a sound understanding of each potential applicant's ability to carry out the specific tasks and duties of a position. If required, each job seeker's resume can be made available for review, or alternatively a job seeker profile can be developed tailored to your specifications.
