Salary Packaging
APM staff are able to salary package a proportion of their salary. Salary packaging involves restructuring your salary by choosing to receive your salary as a combination of cash and approved fringe benefits that are paid out of your pre-tax salary (essentially you do not pay tax of a proportion of your salary that is allocated against a particular benefit). Benefits may include motor car expenses, additional training etc.

LeaveAPM employees are entitled to 4 weeks annual leave, 10 days sick/carers day, and 10 days public holidays per annum. Additionally employees are entitled to 13 weeks long service leave (after 10 years continuous service or 15 years - state and territory specific).
