Employment Pathway Fund
APM Psychological Services provides a range of specialised professional intervention services eligible for funding by Job Services Australia (JSA) providers through the Employment Pathway Fund (EPF). These services are designed to improve JSA employment outcomes by addressing the barriers job seekers have in their abilities to obtain or maintain employment. For example: depression, anxiety, anger, interpersonal problems in workplaces, drug & alcohol use, low self-esteem & confidence. Services can be provided to either Stream 1-3, or Stream 4 job seekers.

Staff Training & Development Services
The skills and experience of employment consultants within JSA services is wide and varied. Often consultants need to work with very challenging and complex clients, with minimal formal training or qualifications. APM Psychological Services provides coaching and mentoring, as well as formal workshops, to assist the professional development and skills of employment consultants.
