The latest figures cement APM's status as a high-performing leader in the Disability Management Service (DMS) and Employment Support Services (ESS) contracts that make up Disability Employment Services.

APM's DMS Employment Service Area (ESA) contracts achieved an average star rating of 3.75 for the most recent quarter. For APM's ESS ESA contracts, the average was 3.74.

The results mean that:

  • Of APM's Disability Management Service ESA contracts, 55 per cent are rated at four stars or above, compared to the industry average of 31 per cent; and
  • Of APM's Employment Support Service ESA contracts, 47 per cent are rated at four stars or above, compared to the industry average of 29 per cent.

"APM's performance in these latest star ratings further demonstrates our commitment to helping job seekers find work, and more importantly to stay in work," APM's Group Chief Executive Officer Michael Hobday said.

"Half of all APM contracts delivering Disability Management Services and Employment Support Services are operating at either a four or five-star level.

"APM also has the highest number of five star Disability Employment Services contracts of any provider at 21.

"These positive results will only inspire us to work harder with employers and with our communities to change the lives of the job seekers we work with every day," Mr Hobday said.
