APM WorkCare has been recognised at the ACT Insurance Awards for the high level of support they provide their clients.
Lead Consultant Chantelle Wood was named Support Person of the Year for 2019 at the awards ceremony in Canberra.
The awards, hosted by Young Insurance Professionals ACT, celebrated the work of people in the insurance industry.
Chantelle’s Support Person of the Year award was presented for her work with both clients and internal work within APM WorkCare.
Chantelle dedicated the win to a former colleague who recently passed away and was well known in the local insurance and injury management network.
"The award is in dedication to my wonderful friend and previous colleague Ms Susannah Bell, who I worked closely within her role at ACT Government Injury Management,” said Chantelle.
“Suz was an incredible person and Rehabilitation Counsellor who was paramount to my development in my role and supporting me over the years. Suz will be missed today and every day and will never be forgotten.”
